食燕麥係咪真係減到肥架?

有冇人真係試過work? 減到幾多? 需要幾耐時間? thx!

我之前試過跟住食30日, 減到4-5kg左右(我原本差唔多120磅), 咁仲有做下運動配合既, 所以而家仲有keep住食架

你點食法先, 唔係話你三餐照食, 再額外加碗麥皮喎, 係真係要用麥皮代左一d高熱量既野先得, 食少左卡路里, 自然冇咁易肥啦!

食燕麥呢,其實係要keep住食,每日食半杯到啦, 講緊未煮之前既半杯喎, 咁先會降到膽固醇架。
因為我阿爸膽固醇高, 我都係聽營養師同佢講, 先知食得少原來冇咩用!
